USER PRIVACY CHOICES

You are in control of your data. This page explains every privacy choice available to you as a user of this app — what you can turn on or off, what you can request, and how to do it.


1. YOUR ACCOUNT DATA

You can view, update, or correct your personal information at any time.

How: Go to Profile → Settings → Account in the app

You can delete your account and all associated data permanently.

How: Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. We will remove your data within 30 days of your request.


2. ONBOARDING & WELLNESS PREFERENCES

During onboarding we ask about your goals, wellness interests, and what draws you to meditation. This information personalizes your experience.

You can update these preferences at any time.

How: Go to Profile → Settings → My Preferences

You can reset your preferences and start fresh without deleting your account.

How: Use the Contact Us option in the app


3. NOTIFICATIONS

We may send you reminders, practice prompts, and occasional updates.

You can turn off all notifications at any time.

How: Go to your device Settings → Notifications → this app and toggle off Or: Go to Profile → Settings → Notifications inside the app

You can choose which notifications you receive — practice reminders, community messages, or app updates — and turn off any category individually.


4. COMMUNITY & GROUP FEATURES

This app includes meditation groups and messaging features. Anything you share in a group is visible to other members of that group.

You can leave any group at any time.

How: Open the group → tap the group name → Leave Group

You can delete messages you have sent in a group.

How: Press and hold a message → Delete

You can use this app as a private, solo practice app by simply not joining or creating any groups.


5. USAGE & ANALYTICS DATA

We collect anonymous usage data to understand how the app is being used and where we can improve — things like which sessions are completed and which features are used most.

You can opt out of analytics data collection.

How: Go to Profile → Settings → Privacy → Share Usage Data and toggle off

When opted out, we will not collect data about your in-app behavior beyond what is necessary to run the app.


6. COMMUNICATIONS FROM US

We may email you about important app updates, new features, or wellness content.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

How: Tap Unsubscribe at the bottom of any email from us

You will still receive essential account emails such as password resets or security alerts even if you unsubscribe from marketing.


7. YOUR DATA — REQUESTS YOU CAN MAKE

You can make any of the following requests at any time through the Contact Us option in the app:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Deletion — ask us to delete your personal data
  • Portability — request your data in a portable, machine-readable format
  • Restriction — ask us to stop using your data while a concern is being resolved

We will respond to all requests within 30 days.


8. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, and share
  • Delete your personal information
  • Opt out of the sale of your personal information — we do not sell your data
  • Non-discrimination — we will never treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights

To make a request: use the Contact Us option in the app and write “California Privacy Request” in your message.


9. EU & UK RESIDENTS (GDPR)

If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”)
  • Object to or restrict how we process your data
  • Data portability
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

To make a request: use the Contact Us option in the app and write “GDPR Request” in your message.
